I decided to make some seitan fried barley. What’s that? Good question.
- Follow along the seitan recipe here.
- Pressure cook barley until soft.
- Add oil in a wok and throw in some garlic, chopped onions, salt and seitan.
- Once the onions are cooked, add some peas and mushrooms until the peas are soft.
- Add some soy sauce, hoisin sauce to the medley.
- Mix in some brocolli and add the cooked barley and mix well.
